Privacy Policy
How ClearTrace handles information from qualified B2B and practitioner-channel inquiries.
Last updated: June 20, 2026. This policy is a practical operating policy for ClearTrace Research Supply. It is not medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
Information We Collect
When you submit an application or contact request, we may collect your name, company, website, email, phone, location, role, practitioner type, estimated volume, services offered, resale certificate or seller permit status, category interests, message, submission source, browser user agent, approximate country, and security metadata used to reduce spam or abuse.
How We Use Information
We use this information to review account qualification, respond to B2B inquiries, coordinate documentation requests, evaluate supplier fit, manage follow-up, protect the website, and improve ClearTrace operations.
Qualified Channels Only
ClearTrace is not a consumer retail channel. We may decline or archive inquiries that appear to be consumer purchase requests, medical advice requests, or requests outside qualified B2B/practitioner-channel use.
Sharing
We may share relevant business information with service providers, infrastructure providers, email providers, CRM tools, legal or compliance advisors, and supplier partners when needed to review or support a qualified account. We do not sell personal information as a data broker.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including bot protection and restricted admin access. We retain application data for business, compliance, and relationship-management purposes unless deletion is legally required or operationally appropriate.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact ClearTrace through the practitioner access form or your existing ClearTrace representative.
