FAQ

Practitioner Access FAQ

Short answers for qualified accounts reviewing ClearTrace.

Does ClearTrace sell to consumers?

No. ClearTrace is built for qualified B2B, research, reseller, and practitioner-channel relationships.

Do I get pricing immediately?

Not automatically. Pricing and supplier access depend on account qualification, documentation needs, supplier status, and the type of relationship being evaluated.

What documentation matters?

Depending on the account, we may review business information, resale certificate or seller permit status, practitioner/channel verification, batch COA availability, identity and purity documentation, and supplier-specific onboarding materials.

Can ClearTrace support white-label programs?

Yes, for qualified accounts. White-label support can include branded presentation, documentation alignment, fulfillment coordination, and operational systems around the account.

Can you build our CRM or AI follow-up system too?

Yes. ClearTrace can support optional growth infrastructure such as lead capture, CRM setup, follow-up workflows, reorder reminders, and internal FAQ support.

Does ClearTrace provide medical advice?

No. ClearTrace does not provide medical advice, treatment protocols, dosing guidance, or disease claims.

What happens after applying?

We review fit, documentation readiness, and supplier/channel alignment. If there is a fit, the next step is usually a qualification conversation and documentation request.
